The body as a sensor, touch as a tool, distance as a language.
This workshop invites participants to explore the body as a source of information and communication through physical research of space, distance, and touch. Using guided movement tasks, sensory exercises, and contact improvisation, we will deepen our sensitivity and engage in non-verbal interaction in a safe and open environment.
Who it’s for:
Open to everyone aged 16+. No prior dance experience required. Suitable for the general public, artists, performers, educators, and anyone interested in embodiment, presence, and new forms of movement expression.
